Template usage and license

The free resume templates listed on ATSTemplate.com are intended to help individuals prepare their own job applications. You can open an available file, replace the sample information, edit headings and bullets, and export a finished resume for personal job-search use without purchasing access.

Personal use

Editing a template for your resume, keeping copies for your applications, and sharing your completed resume with employers are the normal intended uses. Remove placeholder names, addresses, sample companies, and sample achievements before sending any document.

Redistribution and resale

Making a finished resume for yourself is different from redistributing blank template files or selling the artwork and layouts as a commercial template pack. Unless you hold suitable rights or have separate permission, do not assume you can repackage or resell the template designs as your own products. Contact us before requesting bulk reuse or republication.

Third-party software

Google Docs and Microsoft Word are separate software products with their own terms. Access to a document may depend on the sharing permissions of the file owner and your account. If a particular template becomes unavailable, let us know via the contact page so the link can be checked.

No hiring guarantees
